Are concrete coatings hotter than bare concrete?
No – concrete coatings are cooler than bare concrete, different colors or patterns will cause surface temperatures to vary.
How long will my concrete coatings last?
Our coatings are designed to last 20 – 30 years if cared for properly.
Do I have to reseal my concrete coatings?
It is recommended to reseal every 3-7 years depending on the pattern chosen.

Very knowledgeable and honest. Prices were competitive with the other guys out there. Also needed a fill in finish after the removal of our hot tub. It was considered a “small job” and Kokopelli was the only company around the west valley that gave me the time and respect to come out and look at the job. Together we came up with an idea to have a custom designed sundial pained and sealed in that area where the hot tub was. It looks really sharp and blends well with the exsisting faux flagstone coating. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
